Find a Peaceful Place at Little Beaver State Park

In the middle of no where, a little State Park called Little Beaver State Park offers you a wonderful opportunity to find a peaceful place to relax and enjoy the smell of a slice of heaven on earth.

At the entrance to the park, they have this wonderful dam with the sound of the water rushing down the stream. It is just to wonderful to leave except it was a bit to cold for me to sit for to long.

The park has over 20 miles of trail with lots of places to just sit and relax. Or fish, kayak, canoe, and/or paddleboat in the 18 acre lake.

They have boat rentals and a little camp store. Stop by the staff is just great!

The park has lots of trails that I did not get to take a hike because it was nice and chilly. I am not a cold weather girl but plan to stay here at least once in the summer and take a long hike.

Even with all the snow every where, you can just feel and smell of the park. It so peaceful here. Plus with so many miles of hiking available, I will be able to find a nice spot to hide and relax.

I liked the dam best because they had the sideway cleared. Plus I love anything that is waterfall like. In addition, this is a great place to make your home base as this park is around so many other parks. They even have cabins for those of you that don’t like to camp.
