How to Find a Boaters Paradise in Ohio at Rocky Fork State Park

Rocky Fork State Park is a boater paradise with a bit of swimming, a small bit of hiking but a great place for a family picnic. Boaters may bring motors of any horsepower and have six different ramps to enter the lake from. In addition, the lake offers areas for boaters to both swim and camp in their boats on the lake.

The park offers two different beaches for swimmers. Picnic area on both the North and East shores.

But my favorite thing was this little hike just off the parking area with the Dam.

It is not very long hike but watching the water rush over is incredibly relaxing.

I was around in the fall so it was a bit cold to go out and swim but the beaches looked wonderful.

The lake offers bass, muckellunge, and walleye for the fisherman delight!
